That's a great deal on the A, Paul. I picked up an M (new) from Camera
Traders Ltd last year for ... $69 ... (I was tickled, to say the least). My
M is built more stoutly than my ZX-5n-enough so that I worry about the
camera whenever the refconverter is attached. Needless to say, I'm very

I started with a 3 way head on my Bogen and later got the 3262QR head.
I used it for awhile and then the new magnesium 3 way head was given

$130 price tag is intriguing, I wouldn't get this lens for anything more
than a springboard to something better. It's a bit soft wide open and has

heres another comparison shot of the Mamiya 21mm
F4 vs. the SuperTakumar 35mm F2.0. Not sure if
2 different focal lengths can be compared much
except for contrast...Whatever. Next time I will
use the 20mm SMCT vs. the Mamiya SX 21mm. That
will be a more meaningful matchup.

You can't push C-41 film. It is a "process to completion"
