Okay, let me explain further.

They are trying to sell me ink for my Epson 7500.  The 7500 is the same 
as the 7000, except that it costs $2000 more and takes the archival inks 
instead of the regular ones.  Why I would want to use an ink that would 
not last as long after spending $2000 extra on the printer is beyond 
me.  If they want to sell ink for the 7500, it has to have some kind of 
guarantee of archival life.

The 7500 is a 24" wide roll paper printer.  The cartridges are about $80 
each for the 6 different ink tanks.
