Renaming the songs doesn't help with all mp3 players. You sometimes have to
rename the tags, too. The stuff you i.e. see as information in winamp.
Winamp lets you rename tags.

Hi Brian,
you can install CDEx on any other computer. It works fine with windows 7. I
wouldn't recommend cdex 1.70, if you want to rip CDs to wav because the
waves sound extremely distorted, but the cdex 1.51 or 1.61 are fine.

Hi Brian,
First of all, let me appologize for getting the versions wrong: You can use
CDex up to CDEx 1.72 Beta 2, Beta 4 is the one that won't rip to Wave
propperly.
Now to your questions.
The problem with CDEx and folders is generally, that the browse button is
only accessible with the braille
What I meant was that if you can't manage to change the path oft he
directory, just copy the files you want converted tot he preset path that
CDEx provides. I would recommend the other ways I described, though. That
was just a suggestion in case you weren't able to change the path with the
buttons.
Hi Brian,
If you like, you could send me the *.ini file and the paths you would like
Cdex to load from and to extract to off list, I could change the ini file

Hi,
I have some links for streams that I would like to stream with my Plextalk

1. Launch Notepad.

CDEx in combination with the player.exe from gracenote. The player accesses

Hello, for hotkeys, please press insert+
I use Media Coder from sourceforge which is great because you can do batch
conversions into mp3, mp2, ogg, flac, wave and many more file types. Also
you can extract audio from mpeg or avi.

Hi Dane and Kim,
I bought a usb-charger which doesn't quite do it's job and I'm only halfway
happy with it. It looks like a normal usb-charger, but has a batery inside
it. The practical thing, you charge your device via usb and also the batery
at the same time. The disadvantage is that I am no
t reporting a 100% battery charge.

bands. You might get results by typing in "Mark Bolin" and "Christmas".
The last one, "Christmas in Killarney", sounds like Billy Murray. I found
out that he lived till 1955, but I couldn't find any references o

Hi, Dane and list,
can anyone recommend a preferably free tool which will let me convert a
selected part of a DVD, i.e. a movie without the extras, into an avi format?
I'm using Jaws 10 and the tool should be fairly accessible.
Thanks.
