Well just open it together with an ordinary file explorer.
What you do is you select the files you want to add and then mark them for
copy by pressing ctrl c.
Then you paste them into the listbox of your nero express.

the problem is that the software it comes with is nero express, and i cant
use it as it seemes not jfw friendly at all so what can i du? as the make of
the cd drive i have installed is locked down to me using nero express
you don't have to just use nero Express the drive comes with Nero Express
but you can use any burning program that supports your burner Nero Express
is managable with Jfw but you have to use the jaws cursor to operate
