Hello John and Janet,

Thanks for your replies. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling
Nero Express, but will defrag my PC and then try again and hopefully I might
get somewhere.

Regards,

Caroline.

Subject: Re: Nero Express Problems, in responce to Carolines message

Hi Caroline
I'm John a blind user

I've also got Nero 5.5 and also I got that with my CDRW drive when I
purchased it
I've had the same problems as you and I got around it by defragging my
computer and doing a disk clean up and uninstalling and then reinstalling

How to use the defragmenter:
The Defragmenter can be found by going to:
Start/Programs/Accessories/system tools and in that list you will find the
Disk clean up and also the defragmenter wizards just click on one of them at
a time and then the computer will do what it needs to do and also clean

When I uninstalled and then restarted the computer and then reinstalled the
Nero program I found that where I had Defragmented and disk cleaned up the
computer, the computer was much much happier with the program being
installed into the computer memory

I hope this has helpped and I'll always be here if you need further help and
if I can help then I will try to help
You can contact me off list on the E-mail Address given at the bottom of
this message.

Speak to you later
