A friend and I are wondering, how would one configure Virtual cable, on
a Windows7 Laptop to get Skype calls and other Pc sounds on air? Thanks
for info.

If you buy virtual cable then its yes.
I guess it was free.
I dont have 20 or 30 dollars.
Dont really have much money to live with.
And i dont want to use either paypal or credit card.

Again, I don't see why you want to do this. If you really need default
sound card to be a virtual cable, then kill all your windows sounds and
force your speech to go over another sound card.

You really don't want to do that!
Since there is no hardware involved, you get no anti-aliasing. So,
unless you only want everything to come out at 11,025 khz, you'll get
tons of aliasing over the virtual cable.
Plus, you'll lose a good deal of responsiveness by using a soft

Though its very frustrating to hear this trial sound evry 5 second or something
