HI, Why would you want to do this? I think you are missing the point. To use the Audio repeater feature of Virtual Audio Cable, you need to have at least one sound card installed. Most systems come with onboard sound so this shouldn't be a problem. However, putting your screen reader's voice through the Audio Repeater when you already have a sound card you can use to do this would be unnecessary.
All Virtual Audio Cable does is essentially allow one to have extra sound cards without having to actually install any more hardware sound cards.
