Ok. I stumbled upon the answer.
The forward command is alt+right bracket
and the rewind is alt + left bracket. Left and right bracket,
incidentally are just to the right of the letter p which is just below the
numbers row.
I don't have the fast forward and fast rewind commands yet.

clip or stream must be running. Holding down, I think it's
control+right arrow will fast forward and control+left arrow will
rewind. If it's not the control key then its' the alt.

I haven't tried changing the output yet so I cannot comment on your post.
Allot of people are convinced (rightly or
wrongly), that Real Player is full of spy ware so
perhaps Real Alternative isn't.

a nice alternative in a program called real alternative. When you lode it the
