Hi. I don't know what the error means, or how to fix it, but I wonder if the NFL audio is the only stream you have trouble playing with Real Player? If so, then I'd be calling the NFL tech support line. I have the NFL subscription and have no problems playing the stream. You might get a new copy of Real Player from the site.
