Well, just for grins, I moved all of the books on my blank NLS cartridge (which obviously isn't really blank) into the $DTB folder, and everything still worked, i.e. I had no trouble getting to each book and getting to my MP3's in the Audio+Podcasts folder. Therefore, I'm not sure what to tell you
