I still like hi fi music through my surround sound. I like the sound of
being right in the middle of the action. My opinion is that that's the way
music should sound, but that's just me.

still record in version 6 and cannot go above JAWS 9, to get the right

Hello, I believe you might be confusing bitrate with kbps. 32kbps is a
pretty average encoding bitrate for mp3s, especially for voice. Most files
are created as 16-bit files, unless you have changed something. I think

It's the new Lame encoder. Saving files to WAV is as fast as ever but
if I save to mp3 it takes at least twice as long as it used to. Wish
there was a way to go back to the earlier Lame encoder but the new
Goldwave won't recognize it and it asks you to get the new one.
