thanks for the answers about three-way calling; I now see how to do it. when I make calls by keying in the numbers on the dial tab, I can then hit keys such as star and pound, or any digit, to run the call as I would on a regular phone. Hence, I can check voice mail and control NfB Newsline.

You can use RealSpeak for SayAll. Open the configuration file .jcf then hit alt + s to open the Set options menu. Arrow down to Say All and hit enter. There you will find a checkbox whether to use RealSpeak or not. If you check it then it will let you hear all the voices and adjust the speech rate.
