You can use RealSpeak for SayAll. Open the configuration file .jcf then hit alt + s to open the Set options menu. Arrow down to Say All and hit enter. There you will find a checkbox whether to use RealSpeak or not. If you check it then it will let you hear all the voices and adjust the speech rate. then when you want to use them just hitinsert + down arrow which is the keystroke for SayAll.
