I'm trying to setup a skin for our Customer interface, running otrs 3.0.1. I
created the directory /opt/otrs/var/httpd/htdocs/skins/Customer/ACCCustomer/css
and created the file Core.Default.css. The contents of that file are:

Frontend::Agent::Dashboard) to show only tickets that have unseen article(s)?
Better yet, is there documentation of valid attributes for a ticket search?

Does anyone have suggestions for ways I can make OTRS less susceptible to a
slow smtp server? We are forced to relay through a single outbound host (which
I have configured in sendmail) that sometimes gets a bit overwhelmed (it's also
the main spam filter for a large number of mailboxes). Yest
