Hi all
I am newbie in OTRS, I don't find a solution to send an email to the queue
agents when one of them add a note to a ticket.
I supposed "Agent Notifications" should do this, but nothing arrive.
How can I do it ?

Notes attached to tickets will notify the owner of the ticket if locked.

what about using EPEL as it is in documentation?

Hi all
I am testing our OTRS system.
This morning I received few escalation mails at 08:00 am, but in the dashboard
I read 09:00 am.
System time is correct (UTC+1/CET).
OTRS config has UTC+1 both in Core::Time and Core::Time::Calendar1
Any idea ?

I don't understand why the date of OTRS server is correct (Wed Feb 4 16:56:33
CET 2015) , but the time shown in the tickets inside the dashboard is an hour
ahead.
