I have a problem with mutt's insistent translating between charsets
when I view messages in Russian.
Such messages typically belong to the 'koi8-r' charset, yet there are
three types of messages:
a) With charset=iso-8859-1 incorrectely written in Content-Type: header
b) With charset=koi

"Qu-Adoption"... so the Spanish translation is undoubtedly
"cuadriopcional".

Quadoption, at least as far as Mutt is concerned, means that the variable
in question has only 4 possible values

I've a weird problem. I'm using iso-8859-2 on console and every other
application using ncurses works O.K. (displays all characters). I've
set charset=iso-8859-2 in muttrc. The problem is, that every mail,
