"bmpO". NetServer::ProcessTop can be removed from the list.

I'd like to rename
NetServer::ProcessTop
to
NetServer::Portal
to reflect greater generality. I plan to make the 'top' screen only one
of many different screens and to allow for the addition of new screens
by other extensions.
