What do you mean with that ? You have videos that have GOPs longer than
15, and need to fix these videos ?
The MJPEGTools are not especially capable of reconstructing broken media -
maybe mplayer can help, outputting YUV4MPEG stream format to re-encode
with mpeg2enc afterwards ?

make mpeg2dec decode the stream and output it to YUV4MPEG format, and then

Regarding your libmovtar-compile error (have stored your error messages)
Did you "make install" movtar ? Otherwise it won't be able to find the
movtar linking options ...
Otherwise just ignore movtar - it's not such an important library, and
that's a remark from the author ;)

Hi again. I sorted out Kmail issues so I have tried again compiling Support
Librararies for mjpegtools.It is still not working :-(

on the same thing ... it seems like it is not supported yet - did anyone
investigate this already ?
