Hello
gtk-gnutella shipped with OpenBSD 4.0 is now obsolete and obsolete versions are
banned after 1 year from the Gnutella network.
If you are wondering, why it's suddenly not working, uninstall gtk-gnutella,
download the official one, delete ~/.gtk-gnutella, do Configure -d, make, make

I have a rather simple question. I believe that OpenBSD does not
support 802.11 WDS mode that basically repeats a wireless signial.
Would it be possible to effectively emulate this with the bridge command?

Hi Steve,
I've interspersed my comments, but first a preface:
I've never used (although read a bit on) DHCP.
I use Debian (looking at switching to BSD).
I run old hardware boxes so can troubleshoot.
I'm not expecting this to be a definitive answer but I hope its more
help than noise.

Sorry for not being more helpfull, but why are you running a firewall

I am the sysadmin for a small company that uses an OpenBSD 386 PC as a
firewall behind a Covad DSL modem. It has been working (though with some

Hi,
We have run Edimax WL-660R (ral0) with obsd 4.0 and signal is pretty good.
The only thing that still need to figure out is an issue to gain dhcp IP out
for some specific channels that I don't think it's due to interference.
Otherwise it works pretty stable.
Thanks,

Since I've updated to the latest snapshot my i386 box keeps freezing
on every second boot, i.e. the first boot runs correctly but
after a reboot or halt and later boot-up xdm freezes and I must do a
forced reboot.
