Hi Eric, I went through this a couple of months ago. I finally contacted HIMS tech support. Apparently, there is an issue with Lion seeing the BSP driver as the BrailleNote driver. So, to the best of my knowledge, it is not possible to pair the BSP with a Mac at this time. I wrote to Apple
