quite similar to print. The main differences are, learning dot patterns rather

far, bubbles to shallow holes can be quite effectively generated on the flat
touchscreen.
How's that for a few advances?

Yes, and a recent report I read stated a very nice accidental improvement in
battery technology. We should see this improvement next year. It reportedly
will double battery life.

No, the battery drain is primarily from the GPS signal being so weak. The power
drain from the mobile connection is quite minor in comparison. I have almost
equivalent battery drain whether I use unboard maps from TomTom, or internet
based maps from AppleMaps or GoogleMaps.

That is another pattent Apple received earlier this year. Apparently, they
figured out a way to have the fingerprint sensor read the print from anywhere
on the screen (at least in theory).

This is how I always do it. Be firm, rather than tentative and careful, with
pressing the touchpad and it works (every time for me).

Interesting, on all of my bluetooth headsets, the opposite is true. Also, my

after touching the answer button.

When I do video interviews, I first use the camera to line the person up in the
frame via their head. I place the phone 6 to 10 feet away in a tripod to keep
it stable.

Whilst on the home screen, turn the rotor to handwriting. draw the first letter
, and then each subsequent letter, of the app name. At any time, use a
two-finger flick down to cycle through the matching apps. Double-tap to open
the selected app.

I usually use braille screen input, even for opening apps, unless I am unable

I am slow at handwriting (finger printing), so I mainly use it on the
homescreens to locate and open apps. I occasionally use it in messages.

Increased pressure would not make a difference. The iDevice screen is
capacitive. The iPhone 6 S is pressure sensitive for different ways of
activating buttons in apps that support it.

You cannot handwrite in any app we know of with VoiceOver running. The app, 7
Nots HD, Prem will allow VoiceOver to read what was written, but VO blocks the
ability to write in the app whilst VO is running.
