If I remember right you might be able to do this with a trackpad!
I'm not sure how it works with voiceover but you can find the columns headers
with the trackpad and somehow move there order whilst there!
Cannot be done by keyboard I do not think!

time formats!
If by some chance the region has been changed then maybe putting it back to US
might solve it!
If the region is OK there is customise dates or time!

I noticed on mine using Mountain lion under keyboard in system pref's in the
shortcut tab and sub level Accessibility the options to use zoom have no check
box the commands are listed but no option to check them on!

Yes I've inherited this problem as well!

Open address book with command+option+a then arrow to the name table and
interact scroll down through your list and when you get to a name you wish to
send to just press return!
Keep going through your list until you get to the last name you want!
