On the iPhone, touch and release the right side dots (dots 4 5 6), followed by the left side dots (dots 1 2 3). In other words, determine your input method, table-top mode or away mode. If Table top mode, make sure VO says the home button is on the side of the iPhone that it is actually physical

Hi Simon, I have not experienced this personally but I have heard of there being issues on IOS 10 after update. You might try a restart but I’m sure you’ve tried all that obvious stuff. Anything else change like you recently update to 802.11AC or something? I have heard of the problem though
