Hi Anne, A few things to check. BrailleNote’s Bluetooth is very, very hit and miss, to be charitable about it. Make sure Bluetooth is on on BrailleNote (Options, Connectivity, Bluetooth on). Clear the computer name, if one is set. Options, Connectivity, Setup Options. It should be APEXn
