Hello all,

I’m trying in vain to pair a BrailleNote Apex with a client’s MacBook Pro
running the latest version of El Capitán.
I’ve tried in VoiceOver Utility and it fails every time.
I’ve tried in System Preferences and it connects, but when I go to VoiceOver
Utility, it can’t load the Apex!
Trying to pair it in VoiceOver Utility, there’s only a split second allowed for
entering the code, and even my sighted husband couldn’t do it in time with
VoiceOver turned off!
I’m not familiar with the Apex so had to read up on it on the HumanWare site.
It doesn’t help that everything is running in French.
If anyone can help, I’ll be truly grateful.

Cheers,

Anne
