Make sure first though that you incrypt that backup. As you're backing up in ITunes, it'll be obvious. There's a checkbox as you're backing up to tell it to incrypt. Then set a password, confirm it, and bam, you're set. Just be careful not to lose that pwd, as if you do, there'll be absolute
