work after the first re-install, that wasn't going to be the fix. As a matter
of interest though, does the Help Centre appear for you when accessing it from
other apps like Mail, Preview or iTunes?

Try going to the Accounts pane in your Mail Prefs, selecting your iCloud
account and the Account Details tab within this. There should be a pop-up that
allows you to choose from your aliases. Whichever one you pick there should
show up as who messages came from.

In regards to the logitech K750, that is NOT a bluetooth keyboard. It uses a
proprietary USB dongle and requires a free USB port. Not to mention, the
reviews of that model are horrid

Before in Mountain Lion, I could open PDF documents in Text Edit and fill in
forms.
However, in the Preview I can read the form but can't fill in the form. Pages
is dimmed. Have not opened it in I books as I books wasn't that good an

If I understand correctly, it's not a matter of being infected. It's a
programming mistake that leaves your device vunerable and needs to be patched

it uses the VoiceOver voice but the app has to be installed to access the
