Hi I've found stuffet expander from the app store free to be very good as well.
It's opend some files that the unarchiver hasn't been able to, and there's
archive utility that, comes up with open with. Thanks.

I love stuffit expander. The only issue I ever had was with a multi gig archive
and I think it was a bad archive anyway.

Open Finder, hit cmd-shift-g, and type this:
~/library
That will open up the library folder in the current user's directory.
Incidentally, the same holds for the global library folder, but you'd just type
/library
instead (the tilde symbol means "home").

collapse mailboxes and the standard VO left and right arrows isn't working, try
the old command of VO slash the key to the right of the right bracket and below

input volume is set to 100%, there is no way for the mac to know if your
microphone is functioning properly and feeding in the sound it is suposed to.
