Basically, sighted people can drag the automation playhead to indicate over how
much time the effect should occur. Voiceover doesn't have access to this.

To my knowledge, 32-bit won't see anything beyond 4Gb of RAM. Using 64-bit
Windows probably wouldn't do any harm, even if it helps nothing.

steps, I realised what I had been missing. It's done, I have remapped caps lock
