Yes, it's always a good idea to read the html in the update reminder because 
things get changed and you may not otherwise realize it. Everything is in 
Applications now, not in System Prefs.

I don't remenmber having a terrible time enabling the caps lock key for 
voiceover though I also may have had to interact or something to enter the 
number. Remember that there's another program you need besides 
keyremap4macbook; it was in the posted instructions and I'm sorry I don't have 
it at my fingertips right now but it had the word hack in it so be sure you 
follow all the instructions in order. Of course I also realize something may 
have changed since I did it.
