You are correct that there is not a pre and post as you describe. As far as
scrubbing being useless, I disagree. I simply use scrubbing to get to exactly
where I want to edit and tap the "m" key to set a mark. It works like a charm
for me.

there isn't a command but the word you are looking for is mentioned you
still get a search result. For example

Is it now-a-day possible to manually drag music from my iTunes library
to my iPhone?
I turned that option on in the iPhone-settings window, and tried to
drag albums using "VO+," and "VO+.", and got the message that it
wasn't possible to drag the album to the iPhone...

Yes that is possible. In internet explorer, go into the file menu, alt plus f,
and then find export. In this menu option you will be able to export all your
bookmarks. The dialogs contains a number of checkboxes, so just turn on
favorites and turn off the other ones. They will be exported

speaking at once temporarily, however. With Voiceover on, go into preferences
in chrome, go to the general tab, and change your default browser there. Go to
the extensions tab to first disable, then remove Chromevox.

What you have to do in Skype to add a person in a conference in the newer
Skypes is to go to the Add People button, click it, go down to the person you
want to add, route VO to the Mouse, click it, and then, cog to the Add button
and click on it like you usually would. Just be careful though
