Hi,
What you have to do in Skype to add a person in a conference in the newer 
Skypes is to go to the Add People button, click it, go down to the person you 
want to add, route VO to the Mouse, click it, and then, cog to the Add button 
and click on it like you usually would. Just be careful though because 
sometimes the wrong person might be selected in your Contact list when you go 
to add someone. I know it sounds harder than it actually is.
