to read, then press tab. VO and arrow up and down, and you'll hear numbers

I wonder if this was actually intentional. Chord-g will let you switch between
either contracted or uncontracted braille. This allows people to use
contractions, but in the end it just seems to over complicate things if you
have to switch between the two while typing.

The mac does make a sound every time it starts, so there is that queue so
you can know when to hold down certain commands to boot from CD's, external
drives, etc. I don't see any need to make another VO command, especially
since there's the startup disc option in system Preferences.
OK, this is totally awesome. Have any of you all who use external USB drives
to store your Time Machine backups noticed what Lion now no longer does?
Remember how before if the drive wasn't plugged in how it would every so often
keep nagging you, saying it couldn't complete the backup? Well n

You'll need to have snow leopard 10.6.8 downloaded before you can get get it,

I would check for updates under the VmWare FUsion menu, though I'm surprised
automatic updates haven't already asked you about 3.1.3. Did you perhaps turn
those off? I don't myself, so updated when it first came out.

I don't believe that Acapela is available in the App Store. I purchased it from
Origin Instruments. I have had to reinstall Acapela multiple times due to my

Qyite simple really. I touch on the left hand side of the trackpad to get to
the source list, and interact with it. I can then look at what I have in there
and select whatever I want. I then stop interacting and touch on the right hand
trackpad to get either to the HTML area or the contact

Yes, you can hit the delete key, and the conversation is gone. Also, you can

In the menu bar while in safari, go to the history menu. In there, there is an
item that says reopen all windows from last session. Uncheck that, and Safari
will no longer reopen windows when you quit it.

the permissions on the Preferences folder at root level. I had to change them
all to be Read and Write so that I could activate the Acapela voices.

provide a good example there. Basically, you can set up hot spots to take you
to the different parts of the mail view, and thanks to activities those hot
spots only work within mail, making hot spots much more useful

Can you provide a concrete example of what happens when a line is truncated?
It's easier to understand if I know what you're hearing, so to speak. I
haven't noticed much odd in Terminal myself, but I don't use it all that
regularly.

Hi, Guys. I am wondering if there is any significance between Carbon Copy
Cloner and SuperDuper. Obviously, one is free and one costs $26. But do both

I'm waiting, too. For now, at least. My husband downloaded Lion yesterday.
It looks tempting, but I'm still undecided myself. The new voices look nice,
some of them, anyway, single letter nav looks nice, too, and some other stuff,
but mail seems nightmarish.

Could you just use Shift up arrow with numpad commander turned on? That's what
I do now with snow leopard.

I wouldn't call mail nightmarish at all. It took some time getting used to but
now it is quite manageable. But there is no harm in waiting either.
