Yes, the ipad has a built in microphone. It works well too. I didn't think there was one but my husband looked it up in the manual because we knew that the dragon app was working on the ipad and you need a microphone for that. They don't say much about it, just that there is a built in one.

Hello everyone. Actually tables can be read in Pages if they are created in the layout area. To do this, insert the table, set the number of rows and columns and then hide the inspector. Tables show up as objects in the layout area and they can be read and edited. It's not perfect but it works.
