Hey Erik, I've been a Mac user for about five years and I finally got my employer to allow me the ability to have a Mac with a WIndows VM. Now they know they will never get me to switch back. I still have to use Windows because of compatibility with certain web applications, but my hope is this will change as well and yes, I am forced to still use Word, Excel, and Power Point because they have not yet gotten iWorks for me. One thing at a time, but hey the big step was achieved and now they will allow anyone who wants a Mac to have a VM as well. Btw, IPal? That sounds familiar, but cannot recall what that is exactly.
