Use either cmd-up (new in Yosemite) or vo-home. On a laptop, that second one is
vo-fn-left. You may need to add shift to it, too; shift takes you to the top,
no shift takes you to the visible top. I don't normally notice a difference,
but if one fails to do what you're after, try the other. All

In case David’s message doesn’t read the punctuation to you, it is command-left
brace. This is the key just to the right of the letter “p”. These sort of
