If you hit the webspot create option sequence twice, this is supposed to set up such a point but I have had little luck with it personally. I generally will look for something searchable, or use the headings. If there is common text right before where you want to be, and search for it with VO-F, then VO-G will find that text again. There is also a numpad commander shortcut key for repeating a search.
