About the mail thing, just switch to classic layout under viewing in Mail’s
preferences. That way, you can navigate by and hide/show columns you don’t want
or need.

I found that if you choose a format in the export menu it works fine for me.
Just press tab to get away from the unknown elements and you will be able to
proceed through that dialog.

I know that this app can read ePub formatted ebooks, but not books that you
have purchased in iBooks it's self. I'm not sure what other formats it can read.

What I think might be the issue is the tagging of songs. If they aren't tagged
correctly, iTunes won't sort them correctly.
There are apps you can purchase that'll fix tagging if you want.

They use SendSpace to host their movies. It's free though to download them, but
it's really slow, and you can only download one at a time.
I bought SendSpace max to get rid of that limitation.

You can use VO at the login screen.
Go in to users in system preferences, unlock so you can change options, then go
back to near the top of the window and find login options under all of the user
accounts. Once in there, you will find a check box to use VO at the login
screen.

The air isn't upgradeable. The RAM and the SSD are both soldered to the

OS X usually has great printer support built in. THe best thing you can do is
just to plug it in and see if it shows up under print and fax in system

Another thing that might help is to hide the sidebar if you don't want or need
it there. You can choose this under the view menu in the menu bar or by
pressing, Command option S.
