be pulled from the hard drive and loaded into ram, then the voice used
has to be looked for and loaded if it is not already being used. Does

I've noticed for quite some time that when I press right-option-t for time as
the default for the VO keyboard commander time and date, there's about a
twenty-second delay before anything is spoken. I'm just curious if anyone else
has experienced this.
