Um, actually, we use handbrake to rip DVD's. So far, this has been the easiest, most reliable method of copying movies onto the hard drive for us. We simply leave handbrake's settings set to the defaults, except for optimizing the output file for iPod/iPhones. Although, I think it may even ha
