How can I increase the contrast of the scrollbar in LyX?
In the image below the left scroll bar is from Brave and the right from
LyX. The LyX scroll bar is barely visible against the background.

controls the scroll bar colour, but I like Fusion because the horizontal

table, adjust borders etc. to taste, then copy it and paste it into the

work. It displays the accent character (", ~, `) until I hit the letter
key, at which point the accented character appears. This is with both
"traditional" encoding (my default) and UTF-8.

Is there a way to extend the number of recently used
files displayed on the File- menu in a new lyx
session? I've hunted through the manuals but couldn't
find one. My current setting is 4, I'm using (cough!)

The latest release of Dia allows files to be exported as TeX files (actually,
its "TeX PSTricks Macros" with a .tex extension).

there is a space for a caption. In the exported tex, it shows up like
caption{} but there are no words in it. Does this work for you? It
works in a floating figure that I say is a subfigure.

You can also install the qt2 rpm which should work with a stock install
