It turns out, by cruel coincidence that both my color printers at home and
at work were out of color, and when printing the color figures, only some
lines showed up on print (the same ones). Some lines didn't print, not even
in faint colors.

Have used lyx without problems for years.
Suddently the document previewers (all of them, e.g. dvi, pdf) do
not work any more. They start up and quit. Printing still works.

I finally managed to install dvipost on my Mac (I also had two TeTeX
installations) and can see dvipost.sty in Tools/LaTeX styles. But I
still can not select "Show changes in output" neither I see the
changes in the pdf (using Export/ps2pdf.
Any susggestions how to get it to work? Tha

I have an older LyX file for my classes which I opened for the semester,
and cannot get the file to properly print out using US letter in
landscape mode. It insists on being A4. I have never had this happen
