Show changes in output

Hi,

I finally managed to install dvipost on my Mac (I also had two TeTeX  
installations) and can see dvipost.sty in Tools/LaTeX styles. But I  
still can not select "Show changes in output" neither I see the  
changes in the pdf (using Export/ps2pdf.

Any susggestions how to get it to work? Thanks in advance,
