In, Menu>Tools>Preferences>Paths is an entry "Temporary directory".
This directory is different in different systems, that is why I wanted you to
see where is yours. On linux,

Google is your friend. Try bibtex and samples as the keywords. Of

Put it at a place where LaTeX can find it (e.g. /usr/share/texmf/bibtex/ or
~/texmf/bibtex or others, depending on your LaTeX installation), run
These errors are being thrown by LaTeX. In such cases, it is always
helpful to export to LaTeX, compile manually, and look at the LaTeX
source to see what the problem is.

Hi!
I need to add new BibTeX sryles to that already integrated in Lyx.
How can I do that? I want to use plaindin.bst.
It is possible to choose it as source for a bibliography but Lyx throws
errors when trying to compile the document.

"Easy" is in the eye of the beholder. Your best bet is to install the
LaTeX package custom-bib, if you don't already have it, and then check

Hallo,
this question about bibtex-styles in LyX is already open - might be,
someone has a very simple idea.
Running LyX as root, I can see the natdin-style in the
BibTeX-styles-scroll-down-field, but not, when I run LyX as normal user. ??
All bst-dirs have root/root/755 and all bst-files have

the styles in the ls-R database file with a grep jura* ls-R). So it
