Dear readers, using LyX 2.4.2.1 on Ubuntu Linux 24.04 I noticed that custom headers do not default to textwidth as they did before (LyX 2.3.7 and earlier). I have to add the line \setlength{\headwidth}{\textwidth} manually into the document preamble to get a header spanning textwidth. This happens
