The difference between them is that \ref produces "1a" while \subref
produces only "a".

$$i" conventer, and that works well under Lyx1.6.
I am using Windows XP. My picture is located in directioy
"E:\works\relation\fig\dynamic.eps". But Lyx2.0 changes it to
