An alternative would be to create two modules: fixme.module and fixme-draft.module, only the latter of which has the status=draft option in the preamble. Then you could simply switch from one module to the other using Document > Settings. This is a bit clunky, but far easier than manually editing the fixme.module each time, and it would only affect the current document rather than all documents that use that module. BH
