Formatting of letter closing

I'm writing a letter using the provided template but can't seem to get the closing to look the way I expect. I'm used to closing a letter like this: Sincerely, SIGNATURE David Berg Where the whole closing is 2/3rds of the way across the paper. How can I get the layout this way? I'
