Hi all,
I am using Lyx 1.2.1. When I open a document which I have typed previously
in Lyx 1.6, I can see only the figure captions; the figure numbers are
gone!
How can I make the figure numbers reappear ? Do I have to retype the
captions in all the images again under captions layout ?
Thanks,
Dear all,
I thought i might add a little to the ps > eps thread that is running. I
have been including epsi figure in my lyx documents that were created
from postscript files by ps2epsi. This mostly seems to work fine.
However for some of my figures the bounding box calculated by ps2epsi

I'm sorry, but you've reached the end of my postscript knowledge. There

Hi all...
Lyx is GREAT!
That said, do have a problem: When generating PDFs with images in them,
and sometimes just inside LyX itself, I find that the images don't update,
like if there's a cache somewhere that doesn't get flushed after a change.
Example: I have a PS image that I include in the L

Here is a modification of Peter Rexigel's script that can handle the
situation of a lyxpipe left around after a LyX crash. Seems to work
fine, and with the newest version of OroborOSX for MacOSX, it lets you
double-click on LyX files and have them pop open in the running LyX.

result is that $ appears in the HTML document instead of $.

For a single doc I'd export to ASCII and re-add the formating manually.
Alternatively you could try to go some .doc->.rtf/.html->.tex->.lyx path
but this certainly won't be

There is 10 and 11 point, but no 10.5, so I wond
