The attached patch fixes that. It is not safe to assume that all languages
known by babel have a corresponding quote language

mychapter.lyx correctly.

I successfully compiled tex2lyx on a Sun Sparc and here is some feedback:
1/ About the make_tex2lyx_dist.sh script, I had to make, sed and tar with the
gnu versions
of the utilities, and make minor chage in the script ->
make_tex2lyx_dist.sh.patch
